Paula Thorson

Paula lives in Racine with her husband Mark. They have two adult children and two grandchildren. She has a service dog, Tucker, who is a constant companion and can always be seen at her side.

Paula’s professional career included working as a Case Manager in Human Services, being a Pharmacy Tech, and working for a large social justice organization. Currently, she is a Certified Lay Speaker for the United Methodist Church and is involved in her local congregation.

One of Paula’s main interests in volunteering for SMP is to help others understand what Medicare fraud is and the impact it has on all of us.
