Wil Coon

Wil is originally from Iowa, but moved to Milwaukee in the late 60’s, when he met his future bride. Wil says it was mutual dislike at first sight, but he chased her until she caught him. They married in the mid-70’s and have enjoyed a wonderful life since. After eight years in the Navy, then four years of college (BSN), and time with the Social Security Administration, Wil went to work for a health insurance company in Milwaukee. He worked in claims, underwriting and the Special Investigations Unit as a medical fraud investigator. Due to his experience and training, other opportunities came along , such as a Medicare Investigator and as the Senior Investigator for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Hawaii. Upon returning to Wisconsin from Hawaii, he and his wife moved to Green Bay. Wil then worked for the State of Wisconsin until his retirement. They now live most of the year in Green Bay with winters spent in Arizona.
