Molly A. Kelly

Molly joined the SMP program in April 2019, assuming the position of Volunteer Coordinator. She brings to the position long experience in working with volunteers in previous positions at the American Red Cross, the Dane County United Way, and the First Unitarian Society of Madison. Molly sees working closely with volunteer teams as an excellent way to achieve the goals and objectives of non-profit organizations. She sees recruiting volunteers as a valuable and exciting way to extend the reach of groups dedicated to improving the wellbeing of their clients.

In addition to volunteer recruitment and management, Molly has experience in community outreach, public speaking, event planning, and building service excellence teams.

In traveling around the State of Wisconsin, Molly has gained a deep appreciation for the value and impact that SMP volunteers bring to our organization and the vital role that they play in broadening the SMP message throughout the state. She looks forward to building the volunteer team in the coming year.
